Oklahoma City to Tulsa

 Hello Family and Friends,

Last night in Oklahoma City, I was witness to a spectacular show in the sky. Lightning, lots of thunder and torrential rain for about an hour. Unfortunately, it happened between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Great show though. I had to sit up and watch it for awhile. Oh yeah, the side windows were open so I had to shut them quickly!

The drive was fine and I visited the Greenwood Rising/Black Wall Street History Center today in Tulsa.

This is something that is not publicized as well as one would think. Here is the info. I highly recommend watching a documentary on this tragic event in our history. I hope this inspires you to think about how we are all different, yet we are all human.

I arrived in a beautiful town today called Rogers, Arkansas. My wonderful friend and mentor Maureen lives here and I am at her tiny house in a lovely tiny house community. We went to dinner and now I am tired. More adventures tomorrow.

Love,

Laurie
